Hyundai Steel does not arbitrarily collect visual data or use recording functions outside of the purposes stated in paragraph 1 above. Collected and stored visual
data is managed in a completely controlled area where access is restricted to authorized individuals, using a security system equipped with passwords and locking
mechanisms.
Hyundai Steel manages the visual data captured and collected through visual data processing devices as confidential information or higher, and
prohibits arbitrary viewing, playback, and external transfer.
Matters related to the use of personal visual data outside of its intended purpose, requests
for provision to third parties, viewing, and disposal are recorded and managed, and the visual data will be permanently deleted in a way that makes restoration
impossible upon expiration of the storage period.
If an individual, as the data subject, wishes to view, check, or delete their personal visual data, they may request this at any time from the manager responsible for the visual data processing devices at each workplace. However, this applies only to personal visual data that is clearly necessary for the imminent benefit of the data subject's life, body, or property. Hyundai Steel will take immediate action upon a request from the data subject to view or delete personal visual data, except in the following cases of denial:
